On May 3rd 10:00am , Efren Cazales (A Army Combat Veteran) & William
Dennis Brown Jr.
(A Navy SEAL Combat Veteran) will run from Rutgers Camden to Rutgers New
Brunswick.
A distance of 65 miles in length. They are members of Veterans For
Education a Rutgers University College group that promotes Veterans in a
positive light and we also promote the value of education. Veterans For
Education believes there is no greater reason of obtaining a scholarship
then serving our country. Veterans For Education along with the Rutgers
Alumni have started a Scholarship Fund for Veterans. Efren Cazales and
William Dennis Brown Jr. are running from Rutgers Camden to Rutgers New
Brunswick to promote funding for this worthy Scholarship. If you wish to
be apart of this worthy cause there is information below for you to help
those who have helped protect us.

Rutgers Alumni Scholarship for Veterans Fund and mailed to:
Rutgers-Camden, Office of Development 411 Cooper Street, 2nd Floor
Camden, NJ 08102. All donators will receive a receipt in the mail from
Rutgers so they can write it off on their taxes.

Assemblyman Jack Connors (D)(Chairman of the Military and Veterans
Affairs Committee) Is trying very hard for New Jersey Legislatures to
pass the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2007. He is
dedicated to helping Veterans receive the educational benefits that the
men and women who have risked their lives for are country have earned
and deserve. He will be at the beginning of the Veterans Scholarship Run
to show his support for Veterans and their higher educational goals.
